Keywords allowed in local listing?

I do not know what the new rules are but earlier you were not allowed to use keywords in title as far as local listings were concerned - you could only use company name as title.

I have recently seen many competitors just dumping keywords now in title.

How to report such listings?

    Yes in local listing keywords are allowed. Generally it will depends upon the local listing website also where you want to submit your business.
