Targeting lots of high traffic keywords in one post

Suppose I make a post about diet. So instead of making 20 posts about most searched 20 diets , I discuss all these diets in one post.

Will google consider this "Keyword stuffing" and ignore my post all together , even if it is relevant and natural ? Or their algorithm is smarter than that ?

    That's fine but you lose the ability to use 19 relevant internal links only having a single page on the subject.

    If you setup an SEO silo you could create 19 short pages with relevant internal links pointing to a single silo parent page. That gives you 20 entry points on the SERPs with 19 supporting silo pages each laser focused on its own main keyword (per each page).
