I only have the Domain dashed version

Hello members,

i have read it many-many time that do not use domain with dash.
Yesterday by a Heureka moment i bought a domain very quick,
after a few hours i decided to buy the non dashed version but it
is reserved a weeks ago.

The domain is like new-flats.com, this is what i have the oppenent is newflats.com.
I only have the pro that the site is not lunched yet.

My question is that how can i compete int his situation?
I want to be the number one page.

    There isn't a huge effect by having a dashed domain vs an EMD.com one (i don't know the exact numbers though). It's more for user accessibility so people who visit your site will remember how to get back to it. You can still be number one just as easy as if you had newflats.com

    I think, Google also checking domain value like age of the domain name , number exist or not, dash contain or not . So use domain name with perfect domain name without dash.
