I was looking through some medical related websites in the UK XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (Link removed)

As you can see the website is about physiotherapy but the blog looks like its been written for college students or internet marketers (ie instagram).

If I look at Ahrefs, Majestic SEO and OSE it seems like the links are related. I can't study it fully as I only have free accounts with those 3 services so I only get a limited maount of searches per day.

What do you guys think?

The site seems to rank very well for all the keywords that I tried with it (top 3 or so for all I tried) but the site only has a DA of 10.

Something dodgy seems to be going on anyway.

From the looks of it and by that I mean "Thin Content" aside the blog, yes this is a PBN site.

Two things. First, DA has NOTHING to do with rankings.

Second, it looks like it was a legit site and someone decided to use it to sell links. Sometimes sites like this are dropped, someone else buys them, puts up the original content, and then starts a blog on it like you see thinking that doing so makes the site look "legit" and will keep it from getting de-indexed and/or penalized. It's a total shit setup with shit content.

It is likely a part of a public blog network.

Another possibility is they hired a really shitty SEO that told them they could exchange links with people in this way. They post crappy content on their site with a link to someone else and that person will post crappy content on a site of theirs linking back here.

They have a phone number listed. You could always pick up the phone and call them. See if they are a real business anymore.
