I tried to research about SAPE links. And I see that both PBN and SAPE links can help me rank my sites. But I still doesn't really understand what What is the difference between PBN and SAPE? It seem that SAPE is used for short ranking and more dangerous.

Thanks

PBNs are expired domains you've bought, and control.

SAPE are links on sites that have been hacked.

Both are risky strategies, with PBNs only being risky if you get reported (as long as you build them out like legitimate sites), or if you leave a lot of footprints that Google is working on detecting.

SAPE links are incredibly risky, and incredibly strong at the same time.

Keep in mind there's a HUGE difference between public & private link networks.

Private link networks have very little risk compared to advertised public link networks. Assumes the person knows how to build decent private domains/links.

Public link networks are foolish by design, advertise to the public, allow random domain buyers, disgruntled buyers disavowing network links, selling links to anyone with a dollar (pharma., payday, etc...).

Ahh, yeah. When I think of PBNs I assume the owner knows to keep them as close to 100% private as possible.

If the PBN opens the doors to all of the public, you can safely assume you're going to lose those links one day. Even if it never happens, go into it knowing the possibility is real -- and Google is actively working to take them down.

As long as the PBN stays 100% private, or only trades a few links for content, or sells a few links here and then, but doesn't actually let people place orders on it, it's not nearly as risky.

SAPE on the other hand is pure risk. You can bet your business they will get penalized.

I got nailed in the public network updates a few years ago, though, so I guess I shouldn't assume. ;D

SAPE is just a large public network. No different than buying any other links from a service you find online. Let's be honest here, it's only a PBN if you built it yourself and no one else knows about it. The difference with SAPE is that those domains are aged and carry a lot of power. I am ranking lead gen sites in 24 days (page 1) with roughly 20 SAPE links.

If you are care at all about the site then you won't be using these as a tier 1 link (long term). Send them through a buffer or 301
