I want to aggregate content from other websites and turn it in to posts on my own. I've been looking in to doing it with RSS but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

Are you guys aware of scripts, plugins (WP) etc. that can crawl a website and autocreate posts from certain parts of the crawled posts/pages?

    Don't do this if you want to rank your website in the SERPs and get some organic traffic. This will got your site penalized manually or hit by Google Panda.

    This is quite easy. Use Feedly to subscribe to all those RSS.

    Then use IFTTT from Feedly to Wordpress to auto post.

      I was trying that out but RSS doesn't suit my needs. I need something that will crawl articles and grab selected parts of them for my posts.

      Regarding DC, I'm going to spin the articles.

    Heh. Again, rss doesn't do the trick for my purpose and manual posts are not an option. I'm aware of the dangers of DC.
