I feel like over the last few months I have learnt a lot about SEO especially from warrior forum

Would really appreciate an audit of my site. - here is the link:

It's just launched so very few backlinks or social media. Working on that now but just making sure i'm all good to go.

      Hi Tom,

      Though I couldn't do a detailed audit of the site, few points I would like to note down.

      When I checked London wedding photography keyword in Google 9 out of 10 results have photography in their home URL. So the competition is tough, hence having keywords in title h1 and content might not be sufficient.

      this webpage of yours is about wedding photography in London, then why don't you make your URL http://blavou.co/london-wedding-photography/ and optimization for the same.

      Internal linking
      Link London based wedding photographer / Wedding photographer London UK keywords from internal pages to home page and also from blogs.

      Investment
      Though I understood why used investment word in navigation, i would prefer prices word over investment. This is the anchor text for that webpage. There are searches happening for 'wedding photography prices' but not for investment. You can keep that in the content.

      Why don't you move your testimonial from contact page to home page.
      Homepage is the one which makes a lasting impression.

      Font is not readable make it bold.

      I think you have used mobile number in the footer if you have landline number use that too. this will help in local results.

      Lot of space in the top fold is wasted i feel. This might not affect seo directly.

      Another trick usually practiced and some of your competitors have on their site is linking from a keyword from footer to home page, a sitewide link. You could link from 'London wedding photographer' to home page, the keyword you have it in the footer already. But i would prefer internal link through content. Don't know how much value a footer link holds now.

      Home page content make it more personal. Now it has a business kind of approach a solution for a problem type but it should be more personal, one to one kind.

    You should continue learning nevertheless. SEO is something that constantly changes. In that regard, it is always good to stay on your toes. Small changes can have a big impact on your business.
