I am trying to figure out what the attached screen shot means. It is from inside my webmaster tools under "Structured Data" tab. Someone has told me it means I need to do better on-page SEO and others are telling me it has nothing to do with on-page SEO. I would like to get to the bottom of it so I can correct it. 485 seems like a lot of "errors"... My screen name on Skype is HolyHumanTDA if you would like to help me figure this out feel free to message me. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

So this is an on-page SEO issue needing title & author description meta tags?

I am being told this by someone else in the field.

"It is unlikely that such plugin has this feature embedded, as it is usually used for managing basic tags (e.g. meta descriptions, meta keywords etc) and not structured data - however it also depends on the version you have, you should check if such field is present or not. These errors should be analysed in Google Search Console and the IT person in charge of your site should then amend the HTML accordingly. Sometimes these errors are caused by a theme template which doesn't follow the Google guidelines (e.g. a field is missing or incorrect)."

Anybody know what this person is talking about and if I can easily correct it inside my Wordpress cpanel?
