    I'd suggest FB's DIY marketing platform. You need a budget of $xx, a product/service that's suitable for consumers, time, and the right mindset for a lot of experimentation.

    Initially, you can start by following people to get attention and then start sharing any useful and interesting information with hashtags. Doing this will make your profile engaging and increases your followers base.

    First off, your friends are going to be very important.

    Set up all your social accounts like the guys above have mentioned. Contact a few close friends and see if they could share your accounts (obviously not ALL of them, you still want friends afterwards), to set you off on the right track.

    From there, look into affordable advertising. StumbleUpon is great, a lot cheaper than everything else.
