"White Hat" Social Bookmarking

What is a good way to start social bookmarking that looks organic to Google?

Are paid services for social bookmarking worth it?
I'm afraid they're gonna make 100 bookmarks in 1 day and this will get noticed and penalized by Google.

Are there any good alternatives?

I have also raised same query related to this forum. I would like to suggest you. stop doing 100 bookmarks a day. Keep it simple share links only on G+, Twitter and Fb. This will look natural and Google won't notice it in a wrong way.

So you're thinking of spamming your way up, and doing it in a "white hat" way? That's bit of a contradiction, you know...
