You need a SEO audit. At first you see your analytic report. Identify when the site is down. After that, check your google search console massages on google webmasters tools. If their have any massage about manual penalty then take decision. If you don't see any massage,then it might be a auto penalty. Auto penalty is bit easier that manual penalty. You have to remove your all bad links. Other wise your site will not come in normal position.

May be because your website was performing well in terms of your knowledge only. But actually it is not following ethical Google guidelines and when Google caught finally as per their algorithm it received slam. Should cross check all your work again.

yes i always do that, look at my articles you will find :
-Many anchors cloud texts
-Internal links to articles of my site
-External links to high domain authority sites like facebook twitter wikipedia linkedin youtube.

  I didn't follow my competitors because maybe they are penelized by google or they may drop in ranking , so i use social networks that has a good and best value

i didn' t any critical message in google webmaster tool dashboard, but i think its due to wikipedia 's external links that i put in 90 % of my articles, because wikipedia has 5/17 scam score

because when i put my website in moz.com it give me :
-scam score : 10/17
-10 total spam flags including: - Low MozTrust or MozRank Score
- Large Site with Few Links
- Ratio of Followed to Nofollowed Subdomains
- We found 77% of sites with 10 flags were
penalized by Google

You need penalty recovery. It's a auto penalty. Remove your all irrelevant back links. You can get idea from link detox dot com site.

ok but i have shared my website articles links in a bookmark sites and social networks like: facebook profile ,facebook page,twitter,linkedin,google plus,blogspot,tumblr,flickr. bookmark sites like diigo,deicious and reddit forum.
i thinks that those sites are not harmful for my website.

That's probably true. The links aren't helping you, but in most cases Google also doesn't slam a penalty on your site. And if they do they usually notify you via Webmaster Tools. There's a lot of hysterical newbies on WF SEO, and screaming "penalty" with no proof is one of the things they tend to do.

If you've been guest posting (or doing the IM version) your links or their effectiveness are going to drop after a while. The articles fall to categories, and aren't linked on front pages.

First you need to check google search console for any penalty. we can change meta tag for all pages.

also check your link if they are created on low DA site need to remove immediately.

Changing meta tags is pointless, and usually "removing" weak links is a waste of time.
