Title Tag Issue

Hey Warriors,

Take my greetings. I am facing a weird problem. Don't know the actual reason so i am posting here. If any one can help me with it. Let me explain -


Guess my site title tag is - Search Engine Optimization | Warrior Forum


Here warrior forum is my website name. I am using yoast to set the basic on page SEO. But when i am searching on Google using my Brand name like Warrior Forum then my website is appeared but title tag is showing a different one. Its just showing the site name -


Warrior Forum.


Even when i am searching using url its showing the brand name only. But if i search using site:warriorforum.com then its showing the correct one. I check the cache version of that page where the title is "<title>Search Engine Optimization | Warrior Forum</title>". Even in the meta box i mean i do check the yoast plugin. Its set by the correct one. But SERP result is showing a different one. Is there any solution? I don't know the exact reason so if any one can enlighten me please do. It would be really helpful for me. (Pardon me for my bad English)
