I teach my students how to Rank Youtube videos on the first page of Google but with this way you can make sales daily selling these spots.

Local Key Word Examples: The zip code is the key for this scenario.

The secret sauce is to Rank a video on Google BEFORE you reach out to the business. It will be a parked video like a parked domain. Then you can have a mini auction and sale the spot to a business who wants the extra traffic.

I do this a couple of time a week, and because the video is already on the front page of Google you can charge $500 or more for the spot plus a monthly fee for extra residual income..

Another great thing that happens with this method is Map placement. Because your using the zip code you will be placed in the Pack7 or maps section for that local keyword as well.

    The zip code keyword makes a lot more sense than your other forum thread with a mile long keyword that will never be searched.

    Google does look at GEO locations for traffic. That's easy enough to prove by searching the keyword weather.

    I'd rather rank a web page. Easier to optimize, and easier to customize for your client.

    This seems a neat trick that can potentially work very well on local search. Discussed a similar technique quite a while ago with couple of SEOers, but apparently they weren't happy with my price tag. Hey, I don't build dozens of sites for free.
