Question about link exchange

I know that reciprocal LinkExchange is dead in 2016 and I know that is against Google TOS so I have another question.

I have 4 websites in similar niche. So can I link in Wheel 1st link to 2nd - 2nd to 3th - 3th to 4th and 4th to 1st???

    you can link around 4 site but they have to be in other hosting supplier

    Make sure your sites are in different IPs ( preferably in different A classes) and you shall have a good link wheel
