Why aren't my pages indexing?

I built a linkwheel with a squidoo lens at the center, and 6 other properties made with hubpages, blogger, wordpress, weebly, livejournal, and vox, all 6 of these were optimized for the same keyword. Then I pinged all of them at pingomatic.

I did this about a week ago and none of those pages are indexed in google yet.......how long is this supposed to take?

It is better to wait some more days, about 4-5 days more.
However, if you do not get the index, you can get some backlinks to your links. That will help to get index.

    Hi

Why cant you submit the same as in Digg, Reddit, stumble upon etc...? Better try SB, it would be helpful to get the page indexed soon.

    Thanks

From my experience just submitting to reddit and digg really do the trick.

From my experiment, Google is quite 'slow' in indexing new sites lately.

      I did a test..

Using totally same way of creating new sites and did some marketing/bookmarking/backlinking process.

      The result:

One site getting indexed within hours (when i tested it last month) while another one within 4-5 days (when i tested it last two weeks).

      Just my thought..

do a search for a niche related do follow blog. post a relevant comment and leave your link. This tactic has worked for me in the past.

    I would SB the sites,

    Use Feedagg,

then ping the SB's, ping the RSS feeds, ping the comments feeds,

becuase honestly thats a joke, I can register a brand new domain right now, put up a WP blog on it, and have up to 3 pages indexed on Google by tonight.

You just have to place your site links on the road that the G-bot travels.. sites that G visits hourly with do-follow links will point the G-Bot to your site and spider it.

But wating 4 - 5 days .. hmm.. I'd be tearing my hair out if I waited that long, 36 hrs max.

Also I think the PR updates are happengin more frequently, almost monthly not quarterly so its important once you get indexed to build BL's steady over time or you will dissappear off the SERPS.

I think I answer every one of these posts I see.
And all with the same answer. I still wonder why
      nobody ever gives this advice:
You are part of the warriors forum.
Put it up on your sig and your site will be indexed
within minutes. No fuss, no muss.

Now I don't actually do this, as I don't have to.
But if I had no clue as to why a site was not
indexed, I'd toss it up here and voila!

Why people insist on all sorts of gyrations to get
a stubborn site indexed is beyond me.

Just toss it up here in a way that's not spam, and
      sit back.

It happens sometimes. But generally xomba pages are indexed instantly and other can take few days. Lets say about 15 days in maximum. But it will be indexed.
