In organic section of Google Keywords, we also see not available but still the volume of search is too high and we are unknown what keyword is bringing them to my site. Why does, analytic's doesn't show keywords which are bringing visitors to your site? Is there any way to know?

If it shows Not Available that likely means they were logged into Google when searching, so their search phrase was encrypted. Analytics is about the best one out there, so I would stick with them!

I Googled and few posts told that Google encypts the data's to discourage SEO like you said. And this is too sad, as we do not know what is going on, who are coming from what keywords. I have maximum not provided keywords on analytics
