Thanks for your Question . Improvement of alexa rank means to decrease the number. Lesser alexa rank means better rank. It’s just like the roll number in class, student who’s roll is 3 is better than the student of roll number 9. In this case roll number is decreasing but the quality in improving. If you really want to decrease it, just get a few friends to install the alexa tool bar and visit your site a few times each day ...

Increase your site traffic is the solution to decrease the Alexa rate. Social platforms are the good tools to get the visitors to your website. Get good social shares of your contents.
Do some guest posts - Guest posts are the good way to increase the traffic to your blog.
You can do for Directory submission, Article submission and Web 2.0. These are helping to get your website as more popular.

Simple trick to decrease Alexa rank is to increase page views, this can be achieved either by increasing traffic or by tools who automatically open pages and refresh. It depends upon you which method you use.
