Anybody looking at SERPs rolling over?

What is going on? I'm look at a SERP that I'm trying to rank on and it looks like every single result danced around randomly...

Most SERPs are normal but this one like WHOA ...

To call it "dancing" is completely inaccurate. It's more like snow in a snowglobe right now.
