Having a heading tag the same text as a page title is basically duplicate text considering Google can also use heading tags as SERP titles so you're basically wasting a chance to target a similar keyword/phrase for additional SERP traffic.

So... say for instance your page title text is easy photoshop tutorials for beginners you could use the <h1> text as photoshop tutorial to put more emphasis on the photoshop tutorial keyword than the other keywords (easy, for, beginners).

Think of it as a book.

    H1 is the Title
    H2 is the sub heading
H3 is the sub sub heading
    and so on.

H1 is most important because it is the title.

There's no requirement for any heading tag to use the page title text.

Like I've already said, Google will use heading tags (h1, h2, h3, etc...) as SERP titles so If you're not milking that to your advantage with similar keywords you're wasting traffic.

Heading tags are used to differentiate the heading of a page from the rest of the content. The most important heading tag is the h1 tag and the leats important is the h6 tag.

There are 2 ways headings can structure your content. In classic HTML, there would be 1 H1 tag on each page, maybe a couple of H2’s etc and these would all combine to form an outline of the entire document.

    Thanks.
Heading Tags is important it is also ranking factor so just use H1, h2, h3 Tags

    Major Mistake using heading tags
    1. Multi times using h1 tag - Only 1 times Used
    2. H1 tags used in image it should be on text
    3. Heading not set order wise Like h1 , H4 H3 and h2 It should h1, H2 H3 & h4.

    Thanks

H1 + URL Keyword for new site = over optimisation.

Remove the H1 tage until the page is ranking then add it back in

The head tag H1 is the most important, and should only be used once per page, for both page and title so use this tag for your heading of your webpage.
