Apart from Js and CSS files, you can optimize other things like image optimization, meta tag optimization, etc. and also checks your website in other major tools and fix the issues that can be possible from your end.

For become a successful blogger, you need to learn these languages. Without js and CSS you could face lots of problem in the future when your blog will grow day-by-day.

If you have a budget, then don't waste your time, hire a professional developer for your blog and fix all these issues.

As we know, Google loves error free website or blog and gives more value in their ranking. So we can't ignore these types of such issues.
