Mobile friendly website optimization

Two days back google introduced tool to mobile-friendliness of our blog. My blog has 99 % mobile friendly. But for both desktop and mobile loading speed are too low. So google tool indicates that "optimize Js and CSS files" in my blog. Am not a developer. I don't know how to fix this !! helps me friends

    Apart from Js and CSS files, you can optimize other things like image optimization, meta tag optimization, etc. and also checks your website in other major tools and fix the issues that can be possible from your end.
