Hi,

Is your hosting provider is responsible for website traffic?

If so, which one is good hosting for your website traffic? How about hostgator?

Please share your views and experience.

Dont worry about it until your site is at least 100 a day ..

do yourself a favour and goto webhostingtalk... goto the shared hosting forum and help yourself for $20 a year for a decent performing host

Yes, hosting provider has something to do with your website. Hosting service allows you to speed up your website which can lead you to getting more traffic. You can try hostgator or fastcomet. Out of 2,468 web hosting companies, they are on top.

No. A hosting provider makes it possible for you to receive traffic (by keeping your site readily available), but it does not bring in traffic. In order to generate traffic to your website, you must optimize it for your targeted keywords and then build backlinks to your site. The backlinks should be dofollow and on high PA pages.

At least try and fly a bit under the radar, this is your 7th post thus far today that requires the OP to build backlinks.

Do you by any chance know of anyone who provides such a service?

if your host is oversells and overloads then it affects your website speed and uptime and this can negatively impact your traffic.

But generally, your traffic is not a hosting problem. But if you don't choose your host carefully, the host can become your problem

I've used more than hundred hosts and with bad hosts I've lost a lot of time that I could spend on creating or promoting my content to attract more traffic.

So yes, hosting can affect your traffic
