Which are the BEST PRACTICES of targeting MULTIPLE KEYWORDS on same page?

I'm just starting up with SEO and I would like to know if there are some guidelines for targeting multiple keywords on the same page (index page).

For example, let's say I would want to rank for:
"handmade bracelets" with 1000 LMS
and "leather bracelets" with 800 LMS

My website is selling handmade leather bracelets. Unfortunately, the "handmade leather bracelets" has ~200LMS.

How would you choose the title?
<title>Handmade Bracelets - Leather Bracelets | StoreName </title>
VS.
<title>Handmade Leather Bracelets | Store name</title>

Even though the store's main page should show directly the best selling products, should I include also in the contents of my index page some H2 with "handmade bracelets" or "leather bracelets" and some text content with the keywords? (I think that if the user sees half of page of text description or maybe has to scroll 2 screens of content on a mobile device, it will dramatically decrease the conversion rate). Can I skip headers and text with the keywords in this scenario? Or if not, must they contain the exact keywords or could I merge into a single H2: Handmade Leather Bracelets?

What other things should I watch out for?

First thing you own a online store which only deal in Bracelets or other products too..

If Yes - Then you need to use generic keywords on your title tag. And can target these keywords on your bracelets page

If No - Then below one is the correct

    <title>Handmade Leather Bracelets | Store name</title>

Also use online word in it if you want can also mention the location

    Thanks
