Between blogger blog and squidoo lens - Which do you warriors think it better?

I have a keyword I am trying to get about 3 page one listings for and would like to use some high power free sites such as blogger and squidoo but I am not sure which is better.

My mind says blogger cos there will be no adds on it if I don't want to put adds but does a blogger blog have the same power as squidoo?

Google owns Blogger, so it likely would have an edge I'd reckon. That said, one doesn't exclude the other.

I was also having the same feeling but I want to know for sure cos I am really determined to get at least 3 of my urls into the top of google for a keyword that has 407k competing urls and 189 daily searches.

    Try this:
--Publish a unique article on hubpages
--set up mybloglog, blogcatalog, twitter, and facebook accounts to automatically display your blogger posts
--comment on forums with your sig & link at bottom
-- share relevant comments on other people's blogs
    --create videos on the topic

Yeah I am definitely going to give both ( and many others) a try but I intend to write 100 articles in September and I will need only 2 sites to point the resource box to. My main website is also taking one of the 2 available links but I am not sure which should be the second.

Thanks, I am definitely going to give this a try.

You will get a million different answers from this question. I have tried this in my niche, and Blogger has worked the best. I agree with the other responses to test it for your particular niche.

Hi I've tried Blogger and my sites have pretty ranked very well in google within 3 days! I guess I would go for blogger. For squidoo I would go for Hubpages.

Several months ago, I proved to someone that I could get his wife's salon listed on the first page of google for some keywords of their choosing. It was mission accomplished within a week. Now, several months later, I notice that it is still on the front page of Google. Honestly, I hardly touched on the things I could have done to bring improve its search engine performance (since I didn't get their business).
    Basically, I
    1) published a unique article in Ezinearticles,
    2) another unique article in hubpages
    3) another one one one of my WP blogs.

All of the articles included links to the business's site. NOTE: I also used the Incansoft Rssbot

If it were me I'd be looking to get links from bloggers that I know have good PR sites, or answering questions on Yahoo Answers. A million links from a 0-2PR sites won't count as much as one from a PR9 like Britannica.

If you can talk someone at the Uni, or in the Gov TLDs even better

If you can do both you should do both. But if you could only do one my choice would be blogger blogs.
