I always noticed on Ebay, a lot of sellers are selling backlinks using pr 5 to pr 9 in the round of 30 backlinks Ads. It seems like many or most all using the same software claiming it's manual but I can't get the idea how it can be manual if the average price is $9.00 to $20.00 for the same thing. I mean seriously if manual, it would be a great deal more time to manual build such backlinks. So I know these sellers are using some kind of software.

Does anybody know what kind of software this could be what most of these sellers maybe using?

First of all PR is dead so don't get those links.. All PR0 now. Some backlinks provider use Scrapebox for comments.

What is PRO, meaning pr isnt effective anymore? Or different?

      What software do you recommend?

What the best one or ones that is effective for 2016?

        OP.
Google still uses Page Rank (PR) internally as a ranking factor.

Public PR has not been updated in 3 years or so, and is now offically dead. Google killed it from public view, i.e. nobody except Big G knows the official PR of any page on the web.

So anyone quoting PR has no clue of what the PR of anything is. the advice therefore is do not get sucked in.

There are several other non-Google metrics used by third-party sites bandied about but NONE of them are used by Google and are therefore best guesses, they are not accurate because they can be easily gamed.

The only way to check the strength of websites is to look at their backlink profiles and analyse the links, which takes some experience to sort the good from the crappy.
The two most popular progs for link analysis are Ahrefs or Majestic SEO. both tools require a subscription.

You will not build any high quality links using any software, such links can only be built manually, although you may be able to use a software to actually find good sites, although a few searches in Google will usually do just a well.
