How to remove backlinks from low DA sites ?

Hello friends. Am using ahref site explore for analysing backlinks. Today I was shocked with that anchor text distribution report. Nearly 17 percentage of backlinks are from unknown website with irrelevant Anchor text. Moreover all the backlinks are pointed to same url of my site (I haven't created that url)

I heard that we can fix this by using webmaster tool but i don.t know how to fix this.
