BING Index Question

A new site of mine was recently indexed by bing, and doesn't include www in the indexed listing.

1) Any idea why?

2) Should I worry about it and try and change it?

3) What can I do to change it?

Actually, it is like that in Google to. This isn't a blog, its a static html site. I would like to go ahead and fix it since its so new.

There's no need to worry about whether you have a www in front of your domain name or not - as long as it resolves properly, i.e. that your site loads correctly when someone clicks on the link.

It does resolve properly. If I keep it as it is, would I need to promote the non-www version only then? Or does that even matter?

In otherwords, when building backlinks, do I need to always stick with the non-ww version.

  What I have done for all my sites is 301 redirect to www and that way, I do not need to worry whether users type with the www or non.
  
  In a way, it is safe as not to have duplicate content issue between www and non-www.
