My website Drop from 1st to 8-9th

Hello Everyone.

My website prismpharmamachinery.com Dropped From 1st and 2nd page to directly 8th-9th page, What are The mistakes i have Done?? is it because of Google penalty? its start dropping suddenly.

Please help me out for this,

    Wow, that is a HUGH drop. I wonder if it's possible to jump back to where you were after fixing a thing or two.
    Did you do anything that Google hates? Did you stuff keywords? Ask yourself what have you changed lately? What have you done? Did you use those paid links services? Search for information about what causes Google to penalize websites and try to correct the damage as soon as possible! Good luck!

      I have Checked webmaster tools , All it Seems Okay. Also google Analytic have checked there also no errors Found.

      we have Changed Underscore URls to dash(-) Urls For Ex :
      domain.com/abcd_acd.html to domain.com/abcd-acd.html

      Also we redesigned Our website, nothing Else We did..
