New Web pages not index to google

I need Help. My web site is http://www.sirisara.lk this is video web site. yesterday i make new pages and mannually i have been submit. but now google not showing search resalts. how can help me and i need big hel..

    Looks like you don't need that much help as you have 36,500 pages indexed, and a mother of a sitemap, give 'em a chance...

    You have to wait. Don't be in hurry. Pages will be indexed from time to time. Don't worry.

    Relax, Google will craw anyway.

    Submit the site to the crawler. Put your site on Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools and Fetch as Google.

    You can search your entire post's url to see, if it appears thats ok, otherwise you need to wait a time.
