Tool for checking re-directed links

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there's a reliable tool that can check links going to a website that has since been redirected?

For example, I had links going to a .co.uk domain, but then redirected this to a .com domain. Is there any way for me to do a link analysis on the .co.uk domain to see what links WERE going to that one?

I'm using CognitiveSEO at the moment but not entirely sure that this shows me the links that were going to the .co.uk site.

  Sorry Corey, I might have made the question confusing.
  
  Basically, www.hillwalktours.co.uk is now redirecting to www.hillwalktours.com. I'm wondering if I do a backlink check/link audit on www.hillwalktours.co.uk, will this show me the links that were pointing to that website, or the links that are going to www.hillwalktours.com?
  
  The reason I ask is because an SEO agency did a link audit on hillwalktours.co.uk for us and stated that they can find 150 (roughly) links, but when I do a link audit using the same tool, only 30 come back. Perhaps I'm missing something?
