Am not using google adwords for advertising my business. So that i cant able to access google keyword planner. Is it necessary to use google adwords for accessing google keyword planner?

You don't necessarily have to run an ads before you can Google Keyword Planner.

However, you do need to create an adword account and go to the campaign/tool area to use the keyword planner.

No it is not necessary to use Google adwords services to access Google keyword planner.
You can use it for free by using your Gmail account.

I wrote about this in a recent blog post about setting up Keyword Planner. When you first sign up they will try to get you to set up your first ad. You can skip this by going to the legacy signup page.

I have been using keyword planner without running ads. It is just as previous commenters have said.....open a google adwords account, click on keyword planner after logging in and voooommm there you are

Its not mandatory to run google adwords for that keyword planner.Use gmail service to access that

  Have a look at Semrush. Although, it is mainly cited as a competition research tool, it's one of the best tools around for Keyword Research.

  But before using the tools, I highly suggest you go through some good articles on how to do keyword research. I really like Brian Dean's Ecommerce Keyword Research guide on this. Also check out, Nick Eubank's guide on doing keyword research.

No.It is not necessary to use AdWords for accessing google keyword planner. You just go to keyword planner and sign in with your Gmail id and password. you will be able to use this most usable SEO keyword research tool.

No, that's not necessary. You need an email account and try it

Google Adwords Keyword Planner is a free keyword research tool for a website. Anyone can use it, not necessarily that they advertising their business on using Google Adwords.

as well.They will tell you results about monthly volume searches and competition.But they will not tell you
the budget of your ad ."
