Bringing the site on Google's first page

I have targeted 5 keywords (2-3 words each) which are showing "medium" competition in Google's Keywords Planner. I would like to know what SEO strategies I should use and in how many days they will come on the first page on Google.

Right now, the keywords are not showing in the top 100 of Google and the keywords are related to b2b selling. What are the top sites (not social media) where after posting, the rank will immediately get a boost?

    The the competition column in the Adwords tool is for bidding on keywords not organic SEO.

    Competition shown in keyword planner has nothing to do with organic search competition. Do a proper keyword research again.
