Same company name like another famous one, does it affect your SEO?
Does it cause any confusion? and what are the pros and cons about having the same company name in general?

    It's illegal to use the same name. If they're a big company, or even a small one, and they learn what you're doing, you'll get a threat via email, and if you don't do as they ask, they may talk to a lawyer about suing you.

      Thanks for the answer, but i dont mean that i stole the same name and used it, its just that when i was in the process of searching for a name for my company, its like every single name that i think of is already used, so finally i decided that i will go with one that i really like and its already used, but i added the word design to differ from the company that has the same name.
      My question was: Is "almost" the same name going to affect my traffic, or anything on my website?
