RSS Feed and SEO

Hello everyone,

I am starting this discussion for RSS feed and its impact on SEO. Please consider following and add more useful information. All replies would be highly appreciated -

(1) Blogs with high number of RSS feed indexed fast in Google.

(2) RSS feed enable to send emails to subscribers for latest postings.

(3) Blogs with high number of RSS subscribers ranks nicely with "long tail keywords"

(4) Subscribers from RSS subscription provides returning traffic, hence reduces bounce rate and improves ranking.

(5) RSS feed page can be nicely used to navigate recent post within a blog (as seen in Firefox)

    RSS feed? Last I checked, this was 2016.

    Do you still mail letters on a regular basis as well?

    RSS feed is right up there with that flip phone in your hand as well.

    Put down the flip phone, get your head out of myspace, clean out the paper maps in your glovebox, empty your Palm Pilot from your pocket, cancel your dial up, stop dropping film off at the 1 hour photo, tear up your blockbuster card, and spend the coins your saving for a pay phone.

    Step into the 21st century...

    RSS feeds do not matter and are a complete,and I mean COMPLETE, waste of time.
