Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about getting some tools. In oarticular I am looking for the following three tools;

To find deadlinks easily for manual outreach
Competitor backlinks analysis
Keyword tools

I've dome a fair bit of research on the matter. For example I have looked at broken link builder, semrush, ahrefs, linkbird etc.

However I am curious as to which tools you guys use and how you are finding them.

Thanks!!

To find dead links, I'd use Scrapebox.

Ahrefs, semrush and scrapbox are all great tools. Also look into IBP (Internet Business Promoter). You're on the right path

As couple of people already suggested - definately Linkody. Up till now it’s my favorite. You can integrate with Ahrefs and Google Analytics to have all your metrics in one place + you have Disavow at your service 24/7.

Up to two domains it’s free and will check your domains automatically.

Also check Ahrefs, which is a bit more expensive but might be worth it!?

    It's not complicated.
    1.Go to Google.com and perform a search •buy iphone7

2.Pick a competitor on the front pages •techradar.com

    3.Go to seorealtime.site and enter the domain & keyword •techradar.com / buy iphone7

4.The larger the competitor the lower quality backlinks you choose •For techradar.com Lowest quality

5.Pick a site from the backlink list and check its quality •techblogs.info

6.Create a backlink comment to your site with some valued content
7.Ask the author to include your site in their content

The lowest quality backlinks from the largest competitors will be 100x better than the best backlinks from your direct competitors. Google will notice the higher ranking sites linking to you and respond in kind. You can use Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush and spend days filtering out the data to create high numbers of low quality backlinks, or you create a few high quality backlinks, same end result, only the amount of time is different!
