Keyword Tracking Tools

I have used the google keyword tool to find and research keywords. What is the most popular way to track results, your own use of them on your sites and their success? I have pages of .CSV's but each time I want to do some analysis, it's like starting over.

anyone have a favorite tool they use? if you are recommending one, please let me know if you are an affiliate as well.

Right now I'm using Fabian Lim's keyword research pro. It's just an interface to free tools including google but it makes it much easier to manage campaigns.
