I am getting into creating web 2.0 sites to build link juice to my main site and want to bookmark them. I am reading a lot about using social bookmarking to give them more power to your main page. I have read further to hear a lot of people talking up Onlywire. Is this the best product for the money? Also, how many sites does onlywire get you bookmarked on? I am using Social bookmarking 101 for my main site, but it isn't fast enough and not meant to be using on things like multiple web 2.0 sites. I appreciate the feedback and hope we can all learn from this discussion.

I suggest that you use "Auto Social Poster" for social bookmarking. It's the best software around.

ASP Gold is terrible. I have never managed to get any posts submitted, whereas Onlywire works a treat.

Onlywire SEMI-automates stuff for you ... in the end, you are the one who has to push the "submit" button..... maybe you will get a better idea if you just try it out ... it's free you know .....

Depending on what sites you set up, OnlyWire will submit your URL to about 20 SB sites.

It's free in exchange for a link on 1 of your sites or you can pay $3 a month.

Basically, you setup the accounts, put the data into OnlyWire's admin page then you're ready.

When you bookmark a page, OnlyWire gives you a listing of what was submitted and status. You will either see:

    1. Success
    2. Failure
    3. Finalize (just click it to do last step)

If your main concern is a handful of the best steps, this is good enough. Just throw the link on any site and it's free too.

I use OnlyWire as part of my AdSense business and I love it. I'm not quite sure how effective it is since I've got lots of other linking going on but for a free tool, it's great.

If your've got some serious cometition going on, then I would go with stumblebot.

It creates as many accounts on stumbleupun as you want, which is currently page8 ranked.

It creates profiles, friends, pictures, location of choice. All stuff to make it look human edited.

Then the bookmarking can be staged too for natural looking linking.

Getting thousands of page8 ranked links to your web 2.0 sites in a short time becomes a breeze.

The beauty of doing it to the web 2.0 sites is if google thinks it's bad, very unlikely unless you go completly crazy with it, is that your money site is still standing and you can soon replace it with another property.

BTW it,s about $150...which is good because it keeps the wanabee's out of the game!

Only Wire would be great if I didn't continually get this message and forget All about it the next time:

    Bookmark Status:
    Bibsonomy: FAILED
    Blinklist: SUCCESS
    Blue Dot: SUCCESS
    BookmarkSync: FAILED
    del.icio.us: SUCCESS
    Diigo: SUCCESS
    Furl: FAILED
    Google Bookmarks: SUCCESS
    Jumptags: SUCCESS
    Spurl: SUCCESS

Note: Some services require a final step in order to submit the bookmark. This can happen if the site uses captcha. We have built a fast and easy way to manage these services through what we call "Finalization". When you click the "Finalize" links on Can't post link, you will notice a couple of screens pop open. The first window is authenticating you on the service. The second window brings you to a form which is pre-populated with all of the bookmark information. Simply finish the submission process from there, and you'll have your bookmark posted in just a few seconds. If you have any questions, please reply to this email or contact us at No link

when they state successful, try logging into your bookmarking account to check if it is really successfully submitted.

I was using onlywire a few months back, and was shock to see that they did not really submit the sites to the bookmarker

If you are looking for an autosubmitter, then please have a look a socialmarker.com I think they do a great job.

otherwise please give site-hype.com a try. It is semi-automated.
