After i added several good backlinks(home page), my keywords all dropped. From page 2-page 10. I checked these are really good backlinks with high pa/da, tf20+ and established more than 3 years.

I noticed the keywords get good serp postion when the page is first created, but after 1-2 weeks, all keywords dropped. Anyone knows why?

Did you checked the quality of links also please check your anchor text ratio. Also maybe keep it a rest for a while and keep on sending social signals and see if it gears up again.

    Then start linking again.

Without seeing the links and your site, nobody will be able to answer that.

PA and DA doesn't really tell the value of a link.

Were you signed into any Google account when you checked both times? If you are signed into Google, it will show your site as ranked a lot higher than it really is because you have likely visited it several times. If you check while not signed in, you will be appreciably lower in the rankings.

Hey you need to add anchor text diversity i.e 20%+ naked URL and some 20% LSI keywords. You will bump back and even get higher position in the ranking. I accept your thanks in advance.

Please, Please, PLEASE do not follow this advice. Google doesn't rank pages based on a percentage of times a phrase is on the page or the percentage of LSI words. This is rubbish from the 90s and Google's search engine just does not work like that. It is horrible advice that has a better chance of getting your site dropped in the rankings (Panda).

what do you think is the reason? In your opinion, what is the most important thing for ranking?

Did you build (buy?) these links all at once? It would look unnatural to Google if you suddenly got a lot of "good" links, better to drip feed your links.

In my experience when building quality links to a website the rankings generally do dip a bit, I believe some circles call this the "Google dance". Patience is a virtue in SEO and link building.

That is just silly. Google doesn't care if you get a bunch of links at once unless they are shitty links.

Real websites get links in big spurts all the time. What do you think happens when something goes viral?

They start getting 10 links a day, day in and day out, 2 of them nofollow (or is it 3, for the perfect link profile)?

        No, it's not strange.
Pages with no outside backlinks can rank because they get a link from the a page on the same site that does have links...

Your SEO might be weak, despite of what you think.

Your site will dance. You need to add backlinks from real authority sites. The backlinks that you added from PBN, they will help your site ranking in short time. These kind of links should use for tier-2, tier-3 backlinks.

I'm facing with this problem and I'm find & filtering some low quality backlinks such as dead links, move links and try to disavow them. Still waiting for the next update for the site.

Keywords will be ranked only when your backlinks related to the specific keywords are of high quality. The content in the backlinks must be interesting & informative, so that its readers can get some info from it while reading. Low competitive Keywords will be good to rank quickly & a specific location must be targeted so that it can generate huge traffic quickly. May be the quality of the content is creating difficulty & would be the main reason for the drop in rank of it the search engines.

I have seen this happen when added high quality PBN links, it is my believe that its just Google reassessing the site after the links are added.

Adding a large no. of homepage links in short span of time can be the reason...don't try to add all links in 1 week also keep a longer time span for newly sites especially.

All good suggestions but also check your CTR within Google Webmaster Tools for the terms you are looking at. If it's low then make some tweaks to your title/descriptions.
