How to detect Source Direct , Medium None traffic?

i am getting lots of traffic (10 k visitors per day) with exact 7 to 8 seconds but In Analytics it is showing Medium-- Direct , Source- None.
How can i get to know about the source, So that i can stop that traffic. It is having 93% Bounce Rate.

I think that this is something like a software because all traffic is having only 8 second view.

Maybe thats a bot traffic that you can filter out.
You dont have to worry about it.

Defo sounds like a bot or a bug somewhere, theres no way 10,000 people are hanging about for exactly 8 seconds then jumping ship.
