Moving money site to another host provider

Hi,

I want to move hosting providers for one of my money sites, I'm keeping the same domain registrar. What should I look out for? The hosting provider is still in the UK and is shared IP addressing but way less websites are hosted on each IP. Any advice from someone who has done this would be great.

    Nothing really complicated about it. You just move all your site files and databases to the new host and change the nameservers.

    If your money site is gaining lot of visits then I would suggest you to go with DigitalOcean as they are best in what they are.
    And make sure not to pick hosting which does not have good reviews or fairly new as messing with money site would be a very stupid thing.

      Just out of interest, why would the host being new matter? If the site loads fast and has 100% up time. The host I am currently on has 2000 sites all sharing the same IP. I'm moving to one that shares a lot lest and the loading times for my site will be much better.
