yes OpenSiteExplorer here: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/. You can also download an extension from Chrome by Moz and you will quickly get the DA of the sites.

MOZ runs their addon, for example for Chrome.
Sometimes is not updating on fly but more useful that special tools on SEO websites.
Moreover everytime you can verify links at MOZ website
