Double Google Analytics Code on Website

Hi Folks,
One of my client's website had double Google Analytics code using Google Tag Manager.
I asked the client to remove the undesired one. But when I check it using Google Tag Manager chrome extension. It is showing like this (please click below to see)

Correct Analytics code is : UA-54445726-8
The Website still has double Google Analytics code. please let me know
I am receiving hits in GA as well.
