What gives more internal link juice?

If I want to push two pages on my site in particular and if my second and tertiary pages can go under any category with a few tweaks... would it pass more link juice internally for a page to be a sub-menu item of that page or to be on the same menu level on its own and have an in-text link back. Any definitive answer here?

Internal links are one of the SEO best practices experts recommend for making your site easy for those search engine bots to browse. Of course the links from your navigation menu, sidebars, and footers are important – these tell bots how your web pages are structured so that your website gets indexed properly.

Each boost of just one PageRank signifies in regards to a ninefold increase in incoming links' number/strength. Like a increase in PageRank juice that the site could spread through links, this is symbolized in the calculator. There is a 1 website randomly design a beginning PageRank juice of 100.
A page is passed from by not all Juice -- only about 85% of it travels outward, that the calculator incorporates in its formula. The PageRank Juice is divided by the total quantity of links on the page, including NoFollow links (NoFollow links do not complete PageRank, but do reduce the whole number of liquid handed to other links). PageRank is one small element of the rank formula of Google, and PageRank alone will not necessarily mean that your website can rank well. However, PageRank improvements may increase a well's capacity -improved site to rank. Thanks

WTH you even bring this up for?

What purpose could it possibly serve in 2017, years after PageRank was no longer public?

The PR depends upon the webpage itself and not where it is located. i.e. When PR is passed it depends upon what the PR of the passing page is. Also the internal links makes the navigation easy for your visitors as well as web crawlers.
