Think Something is wrong with my blog

Hello, I seem to be having an issue with my blog. I am doing all the right SEO and I am writing contents, but still no traffic and I literally mean no traffic. One post I have is on Google's first page in second place with the keyword 'how to become an entreprenuer'. Another post is on first page, but in eighth position. I am doing the facebook, Twitter and Reddit thing... but nothing.
Please give me a lending hand.

    Hi mizcash,

    I suspect that you are looking at Google personalized search result pages and probably do not rank for those search queries when other people search for those terms.

    Have you setup your Google Search Console account yet?

    That tool, provided free by Google will help you determine the status of your website on Google, and let you know if there are any issues crawling or indexing your website.

    It will also show you which search queries that your web pages are showing up on, the average rank, impressions, and clicks for each search term.

    Next, I recommend you implement Google Analytics and link your Search Console to Google Analytics to get the search console data into your Google Analytics reports, and begin analyzing how people find your website, and how they behave after they arriving on your website. You will gin a lot of insights from those reports.

    dburk, Thank you for response. I will be heading oer to Google and set up that console acc. If you are reading this , just another question. I have a link that needs to go into my page on my blog. Do I go to the page editor to do it or through the wiget. Thanks for the help, again.

    It's hard. It takes a lot of patience, start building relationships with influencers in your niche and build an email list. Sorry this sounds generic, but it works Good luck...
