    One is cleaning business the other one is a construction business, not really related actually..but I just wonder if google will penalize if they see 2 businesses using one exact same address

        If the parent company of both the businesses are same then you can build two different pages in two separate sub-domains within the root domain. But if it is not then I will not recommend it.

          Ignore this. Just completely and utterly wrong.

          There are tons of businesses that are not at all similar across the globe that share the same building.

          It's not an issue at all.

    No this won't affect because many different companies can rent or set up their office in a multi-story building and in this case, the address will be same for all the companies. Thanks :-)
