Stop word in SEO

Hi,
I am new to SEO. I am using Yoast SEO plugin in my wordpress website. I am working with the keyword "is sun flower oil healthy" in the page Is Sunflower Oil Healthy? Is it Good or Bad for Cooking?

Yoast says The focus keyword for this page contains one or more stop words, consider removing them. Found 'is'. There two 'is' in the URL. If delete that "is", the url will not satisfy the keyword focused. This page is not even listed in 10+ page in google. Kindly suggest me whether problem is with the stop word or any other issue in the page?

    Listen up its not about any plugin its about people.

    And if people likes it then search engines will like it too. Don't care about what Yoast says just go for the title which you think is good. The title which is reasonable and explains your content in a fine way.

    The #2 ranked page/domain literally has the OP keyword in the page title. There's your answer.

      If stop word is not the issue, then what could be the issue. I have followed yoast for some other pages and some of those pages are listed in second page.

      Is Sunflower Oil Healthy? Is it Good or Bad for Cooking? Organic Rooster http://organicrooster.com/is-sunflow...d-for-cooking/

      This is my page. Can anyone suggest me where is the problem. It will be more useful to me to proceed further with SEO.

    Since you're new to SEO, Yoast SEO is awesome in terms of reminding you where you can use keywords... But it doesn't think, having it won't help you rank by itself, you still have to do the thinking and the backlinking and the writing... Don't give it a lot of importance...

    You'd probably be better off learning for yourself how onpage optimization works.

    sometime not choosing sugggestion of plugin is wise choice. think about people what they write in google for searching this and simply start making title for that.

    I have visited your website and some of my opinion:
    you should add Overview Box, mount readers by personalization, Social Proof - Readers believe in the evidence.
    in addition there are many factors that affect the ranking: list of main and secondary keywords you choose, website content and standard quality SEO, traffic, quality backlinks, network transmission social, page loading speed, mobile friendly, trust degree.

    In Yoast plugin the there are few words which are considered stop words which are "a", "an", "the", "of" etc.

    Yoast Seo is just a tools. If your keyword is suitable for searching, your title will be good. You should focus on your content and optimize your page

    While doing SEO, you need to be as much as logical as possible.

    Now that plugin, you have mentioned is just a tool and it works with some predefined algorithm. So you can understand the limit of that tool regarding your website.

    If you check you`ll see that the same pages are listed on page 1 for both 'Is Sunflower Oil Healthy?' and 'Sunflower Oil Healthy'. What`s more - the first query additionally returns the 'People Also Ask' box. So I would also focus on what is more appealing for searchers and makes more sense semantically, no matter what Yoast says. Google is also able to detect the phrase`s search intent regardless of `is`.

    About your page - it looks like there are no backlinks to it at all (or perhaps they are not indexed yet, if you`ve built them recently). Meanwhile, your top organic competitors have quite a few links to their ranking pages, and some of them have thorough and detailed content. If your page got to Supplemental index just due to the lack of importance or as the content is not valuable/unique (and not due to any manipulations from your side) - think of extending the content a bit and building some relevant good links to your article.
