RSS feed of my website is showing error while testing in feed validator? How to fix this issue?

I have recently shifted my website http to https://www.govtjobexams.com . From that day i am facing lot of issues, among them one is RSS feed. While checking it directly it was showing feeds, but while going through the testing tools like Feed validator it was showing error message as Server returned [Errno 1] _ssl.c:504: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure.

How to fix this issue?

    If your cassette tape player went on the fritz, would you worry about getting it fixed?

    Perhaps people don't know, or don't want to admit, but rss is dead.

      while submitting my website to directories for back-links they were not accepting my website and they are showing server error was occurred while processing the website. Then i have submitted my another website which does not have SSL then the website was accepted by the directory. See i have left this question here because if any one have faced the same situation earlier then they can solve my issue . OK......
