Google merits the value of the page before indexing it. So, you have to give it some too.

Looks like your page is actually restricted from caching (its response header indicates so), and what`s odd - it returns a 301 redirect to itself (in a browser it works for first load only), but I`ve caught it in an audit tool:

It`s like the page loads fine after being redirected to self, but no-cache instruction is already being taken into account.

We done it so to block proxy servers from caching i.e for user end
it does not effect the bots from caching, i also add that the same setting or code posted o all the pages of my website and we found all those are cached but only this credit card page is not caching , so please let me know any further insight regarding same

That`s WebsiteAuditor, superb audit tool - well, you see yourself how thorough the analysis is. You can try it if you like: here.

As for the page - I would still check on why there is a 301 redirect to self; but in case there are no restrictions from your side - Google might have just decided not to cache it. As it is properly indexed - there seems to be no crucial trouble.

you need to submit your pages to top search engines to index it quickly.
    OR
update your sitemap & submit it to Google Webmaster tool.
