Need help with my SEO

Hey Guys

I have an Ecommerce site selling in a relatively niche market. The Keywords I want to rank for have an easy difficulty rating. I would like to outsourse my SEO to an agency but unfortunately my funds are quite low. I am sure some of the more expensive ones are worth it but I do not need an agency who have international retailers as there client base as my Keywords are not that difficult to rank for.

Can anybody recommend a good affordable SEO agency?
I see relatively cheap Indian agencies but I am afraid the links generated would be spammy and that google would penalize me (maybe I am wrong).

All in all I need to rank for about 3 Keywords.
I would appreciate any help guys.

    you can do... if you are know what is the seo, 3 keyword is not a more diffcult think i would say, do on page your relevent keywords like meta tags, check your content visibiltiy do proper html css, and then start off page activites well after few month you can check the result you getting a very good result for sure.
