Were stuck on page 3 for a lot of keywords what is there you can do to move up

    Get more quality backlinks - not the crappy ones you can place yourself, but solid backlinks from other websites that decide for themselves that they want to link to things on your site because they are helpful to the readers of their blogs. If you don't have any great pages like that on your site, you can start there.

    Guest blogging
    Article Submission
    Document Sharing
    Search Engine Submission.
    Directory Submission.

      What? Are you stuck in the last millennium? Other than guest blogging on a very credible, related site, this stuff hasn't worked for quite some time. Follow this advice and you are doomed for failure!

    Considering that there are no obvious on-page or tech issues, and the keywords are not unreasonably competitive, that`s what I`d personally try to do about it. I would start with getting more backlinks. I would spy on page-1 competitors` backlinks and will try to get some from the same websites. Then, I`d work on some on-page tweaks to improve CTR, like adding structured data markup. I`m a believer that things like schema are underestimated, and that high CTR is a great indicator to Google that your website realy fits the search query.

    Hard to say without seeing the domain.

    It could be poor site structure or a weak backlink profile.
