If you own a site and you want to remove some content, you remove that content. I do not understand how you could try to remove content on your own site with no success. Please explain.

have a published press release on some TV network website (like Presscable), all (10+) have exact match anchors, It seems unnatural.

        Relax.

        Are they even followed links?

It's not uncommon to have the same anchor-text on multiple links. Plus they're probably weak links with no supporting link profiles and soon to be buried on each backlink site for all of eternity.

Are you talking about a press release published somewhere else, not on your website?

That is not a problem. You are overreacting to something that is not an issue.

Thank Mike, most likely it is just my excessive preoccupation.
